This 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant sits on the first floor of a five-story building on Santana Row. NBA provided electrical plans for power, telephone, and lighting circuiting.  We indicated conduit wire runs and circuit numbers, provided panel schedules, and provided fire alarm device location on the plan and tied them into the existing building fire alarm panel. NBA also provided Title 24 lighting calculation and HVAC equipment forms for the plan check requirements. Additionally, NBA provided plumbing drawings to show the distribution of W, V, HW, and CW for new men’s and women’s bathrooms, and single employee bathroom.  We used an under-the-sink instantaneous electric water heater for these bathrooms, and provided a gas fired hot water heater for the dishwashers in both the kitchen preparation area and exhibition kitchen. NBA also provided water and drain for the lobster and crab area.
