St. Regis Museum Tower – 685 Mission Street - San Francisco, CA

Poured in place and architectural pre-cast concrete 5-star hotel, condominium and museum. Includes 286 high-end hotel rooms, 90 luxury condominiums, 3-story Museum of African Diaspora, and a four-level subterranean garage below the building. NBA designed HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and reviewed electrical power, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm system and telephone and communications systems. Also performed Title 24 energy calculations for building envelope, HVAC and lighting. NBA provided MEP design in joint association w/ WSP (Flack and Kurtz).   In 2005 this project won “Best of 2005: Best Mixed Use Building” from California Construction Magazine.  Also, in 2007, this project won “Best Mixed-Use Building” from Precast/Pre-stressed Concrete Institute.  Furthermore, St. Regis has acquired some of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including the “Best Urban Hotel Spa,” Forbes “Five-Star Award,” and the Conte Nast Traveler “Gold List” and “Top 100 U.S. Hotels” award.  This was a Type 1 Construction.
