The Hollywood Roosevelt is a 12-story building. NBA provided new HVAC, plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical power and lighting design for this hotel with an outdoor café and restaurant. Named in honor of President Theodore Roosevelt, the Hollywood Roosevelt had its grand opening on May 15, 1927. It was built at a cost of $2.5 million and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
