NBA provided site visit and inspection and prepared an assessment of the existing electrical systems, available power, and voltages for three buildings (Metro Green, Metro Annex and Geneva Carbarn) in MUNI's Balboa Park maintenance facility.  We conducted load studies and provided single line diagrams for all three buildings.  We reviewed existing load data with the utility company to determine how new loads could be served.  NBA provided various strategies to accommodate present and future electrical loads and methods of connections.  We modified (2) 1500 KVA 12KV-277/480V substations and the low voltage distribution.
