NBA provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for this two-phase project.  Phase one consisted of a preliminary study and design for bilge water collection and sewage collection in connection to the existing oil water separator and pump out system.  Phase two consisted of detail design and construction support of all items in phase one which consisted of providing water, power and lighting to each berth, parking lot, drainage system, and pump station.  Fire protection is provided at each berth.  NBA also provided plumbing and electrical modifications due to demolition of land-side properties.
