NBA is responsible for designing electrical power, site lighting and data (telephone, cable) distribution and joint trench for electrical and gas systems infrastructure for this 800 high quantity housing development in Bay View Hunters Point area that is replacing existing 267 units of low income housing. NBA also attended site survey for verifying location of the existing underground utilities and as built DWGS.  This project has been selected to participate in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Neighborhood Design (LEED ND) pilot program.  Also attended many PG & E, Comcast and AT & T meetings.
