Approximately 1,600 residential units will mark the first construction on the 500-acre formal Naval Shipyard. NBA provided plans and specifications for routing of the electrical/gas joint or single trenches to include power and gas.  We provided details of these underground trenches and location of the man holes.  NBA provided gas and electrical load calculations for the entire site and specifications for the electrical power supply requirements and gas distribution system.  For this project, NBA worked through the City of San Francisco’s detailed Task Force permitting process.
