This 15-story building has 2 levels of subterranean parking. NBA investigated the integrity of the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power, lighting, and security systems. We studied the design drawings, which were not representative of as-built systems (no as-builts were available), maintenance reports, testing contractor reports, and a fire marshal inspection report and provided an investigative report of our findings with several alternatives and cost estimates for repairs, upgrades, and / or replacement of unacceptable systems.
