The fire substation is 4,424 sq. ft. and one story, with fire apparatus bays and living quarters. NBA provided power and lighting design for the entire fire station including HVAC equipment, electrical outlets, etc. including electrical power to Rescue Response equipment (battery charger, radio communication system). We designed strong lighting in the apparatus bays, floor lights and soft lights in dorm rooms, and provided lighting and power for the kitchen, emergency generator, as well as Title 24 calculations.
