NBA provided a cost benefit analysis for BART in San Francisco for a new storage facility. We gathered input from all of the different departments that needed the facility and discussed their storage requirements. After performing the cost benefit analysis, we ended up eliminating the need for building the new storage facility since all of the extra capacities in existing buildings would suffice.
