This project included utilities master planning for the entire 400,000 SF campus which led to the design for replacement of heating and domestic hot water systems for 15 buildings.  The design project consisted of interfacing and expanding the campus hot water supply and return loops.  NBA estimated connected and maximum demand loads for the developments and provided a detailed list of major equipment including cost estimates for the Construction of the project.  Construction phasing was provided based on meetings with university staff and students to determine what was most cost-effective to keep classes open during the construction.
