Utilities master planning for the entire 400,000 SF campus which led to the design for replacement of heating and domestic hot water systems for 15 buildings.  The design project consisted of interfacing and expanding the campus hot water supply and return loops.  Estimated connected and maximum demand loads for the developments. Provided spreadsheet listing major equipment including brief equipment description and quantity and cost estimates.  Cost estimate was provided for the Construction of the project.  Construction Phase was provided based on meetings with university staff and students to determine what was the most cost-effective to keep classes open during the construction.
