This project was for the San Francisco Department of Public Works.  This 33,000 square foot building is three stories including basement, first, and second floors, which replaced the existing police dispatch center in the Hall of Justice.  Our responsibilities for this project consisted of services prior to and during the construction phase; including review of mechanical plans and specs for constructibility and budget purpose, recommending procurement of long lead equipment, monitoring all RFI's, shop drawings, etc. and HVAC, plumbing and fire protection engineering inspection and close out.
