911 Emergency Center San Francisco, CA

San Francisco Department of Public Works.  This 33,000 square foot building is three stories including basement, first, and second floors, which replaced the existing police dispatch center in the Hall of Justice.  Our responsibilities for this project consisted of services prior to and during the construction phase; including review of mechanical plans and specs for constructibility and budget purpose, recommending procurement of long lead equipment, monitoring all RFI's, shop drawings, etc. and HVAC, plumbing and fire protection engineering inspection and close outBA Engineering coordinated with other consultants for the utility point of connection and alternative designs.  NBA designed HVAC and plumbing for different way side buildings and facilities, calculated rain water down spouts, designed sewage and sanitary systems.  Also, NBA selected HVAC and plumbing equipment.
