Provided visual observation of the conditions of electrical relays, time clock and other equipment in the cabinet. Designed replacement for irrigation controller. Replaced existing lighting control with new design and specified vandal proof lighting fixtures for the field as required. Responded to RFI’s. Review and respond plan check comments.

Harvey Milk Center for Recreational Arts San Francisco, California
NBA Provided a mechanical engineering study, electrical engineering study, and construction cost estimates for the revival of the Harvey Milk Center. The existing 3-story, 22,275 sq. ft. center will eventually be increased to 23,000 sq. ft. The Center will house the San Francisco Photography Center and Museum, music and dance programs, and a small theatre for community self-expression.

Mission Bay Parks San Francisco, California
The parcels are 170,000 sq. ft. and the building is about 600sq. ft. Provided plans and specs for park lighting, power for the Kiosk, and storage/custodian and bathroom area. Provided power for HVAC equipment and power to irrigation control systems Provided Title 24 lighting calculations.
