Dover General Hospital, Dover, New Jersey
A six-story building with Radiology, Surgery, Lab facilities NBA Engineering Inc. provided electrical power and lighting design for new dialysis units. Provided power for installation of two Linear Accelerators. Renovation of electrical service feeders for life safety, critical and emergency equipment systems. (to comply with the latest applicable codes and standards) and provided new connections for medical gas alarms, and fire alarm systems for the Labor and Delivery suite.

East Brunswick Surgical Center, East Brunswick, New Jersey
This is a two story, 35,000 sq. ft. medical building that contains Radiology room, Testing laboratories, and other related service facilities. NBA Engineering Inc. designed the electrical systems for a stand alone surgical center including five Operating rooms, Recovery rooms and general clinic areas. Operating rooms subsequently upgraded to include Laser Surgery panels.

Kaiser Hospital Walnut Creek, California
Design of lighting, power and patient care systems for 25,000 square foot addition to the hospital. Prepared circuit plans for lighting and power. Developed modifications to existing single line diagram. Modified existing fire alarm system, nurse call system and emergency power system.

Merced Medical Clinic Merced, California
Designed electrical drawings for medical clinic. Made periodic inspections of electrical work to check that installation was according to plans and specifications. Made punch list of electrical items and closed out electrical portion of project.

Mercy Medical Building, Sacramento, California
This is a five-story building with a basement. The basement consists of Radiology laboratory, Surgery room, Testing laboratories and Out patient facilities. The above five stories were medical offices and laboratories NBA Engineering Inc. designed the complete HVAC and control systems for the hospital section which included Surgery Room, Radiology Area and Test Laboratory.

Saint Joseph's Hospital, Los Angeles, California
Responsibility included providing construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new plumbing fixtures for three of the six floors of the hospital .Provided new medical gas outlets with alarm system for each of the nurses station on the three different floors. The systems included oxygen, nitrous oxide, and a clinic vacuum with bulk storage for oxygen.

Stockton Medical Clinic Stockton, California

San Francisco General Hospital San Francisco, California
Conducted energy audit of the entire campus, 13 buildings, and 1.2 million square feet. Inspected each lighting fixture to determine its energy efficiency. Compiled data sheets for use in future design.

Veterans Administration Building, Long Beach, California
Renovation of a twelve-story patient wing. NBA Engineering Inc. modified the entire basement piping to accommodate the seismic retrofit, including the replacement of all the plumbing fixtures (waste, vent, domestic hot and cold water). Also modified piping systems for the clinical vacuum, compressed air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and nitrous oxide throughout the 12 floors of the patient wing.
